Crushers

Crushers are produced mainly for lines for biomass supply for co-incineration of biomass in industrial boilers. They are used for additional crushing of an excessive fraction of the supplied biomass, reducing the volume of the part of biomass which is of unsuitable size.
Crushers may also be used for other materials, such as waste, aluminium waste, wooden pallets and the like.
They are equipped with a special protection against excess load, protecting the structure from physical damage.

Crushers are series-produced in three sizes:

for lines with an output of 45 - 50 tonnes/hour of biomass
for lines with an output of 15 - 25 tonnes/hour of biomass
for lines with an output of 5 - 10 tonnes/hour of biomass

A crusher may also be ordered for different outputs and other materials.
